  • 1 tbsp. l finely chopped parsley leaves
  • 1 bunch of green onions, cut into rings
  • 2 tbsp. l (30 gr.) Butter
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper

Recipe preparation:

  1. Boil the beans in salted water for 30 seconds. Shift beans in a bowl of cold water and ice, leave for 5 minutes., cool. Drain and peel beans.
