  1. Cut celery into thin rings, carrots and onions – in small cubes.
  2. Cut the ham into cubes.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a pan or deep frying pan, fry vegetables with ham for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour the wine and evaporate halfway over high heat. AT add vegetables, salt and pepper to a saucepan with vegetables. Reduce the fire and prepare the sauce for 30 minutes, stirring. At the end of cooking, add basil.
  5. Cook farfalle, recline in a colander and mix with the sauce.
  6. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan before serving. Have a nice appetite!
