- Grind parsley.
- Green peas blanch literally a minute. Drain the water chill peas in ice water to maintain color.
- Finely fry in a heated frying pan in butter chopped garlic and onion.
- Pour in cream, salt, pepper, boil for 3 minutes. Cream should thicken.
- Boil farfalle according to the instructions on the package. Drain the water leaving a few spoons for the sauce.
- Put the farfalle in a pan to the onion with cream, add chopped greens, peas. Warm over low heat, constantly stirring for 1-2 minutes.
