  1. Grind parsley.
  2. Green peas blanch literally a minute. Drain the water chill peas in ice water to maintain color.
  3. Finely fry in a heated frying pan in butter chopped garlic and onion.
  4. Pour in cream, salt, pepper, boil for 3 minutes. Cream should thicken.
  5. Boil farfalle according to the instructions on the package. Drain the water leaving a few spoons for the sauce.
  6. Put the farfalle in a pan to the onion with cream, add chopped greens, peas. Warm over low heat, constantly stirring for 1-2 minutes.
  7. If the sauce is too thick, it must be diluted with water, in which bows were cooked.
  8. Serve sprinkled with grated Parmesan
