  1. Boil farfalle until cooked in salted water (according to instructions). We recline in a colander and douse with cold water. Give drain water and season with olive oil (1 tbsp. l.). Cooling down.
  2. Peel and finely chop the garlic. We wash capers in cold water, wipe with a paper towel and cut large enough. Wash dill, dry and chop. Mascarpone cheese mixed with garlic, dill, capers, lemon juice and add pepper and salt.
  3. Cut the salmon fillet into cubes, my cucumber and cut into cubes the same size as the salmon.
  4. Mix farfalle with the resulting sauce, add the cucumber, salmon cubes and spinach leaves. Gently mix and serve on table.
