- Boil farfalle until cooked in salted water (according to instructions). We recline in a colander and douse with cold water. Give drain water and season with olive oil (1 tbsp. l.). Cooling down.
- Peel and finely chop the garlic. We wash capers in cold water, wipe with a paper towel and cut large enough. Wash dill, dry and chop. Mascarpone cheese mixed with garlic, dill, capers, lemon juice and add pepper and salt.
- Cut the salmon fillet into cubes, my cucumber and cut into cubes the same size as the salmon.
- Mix farfalle with the resulting sauce, add the cucumber, salmon cubes and spinach leaves. Gently mix and serve on table.
