- 3/4 Art. natural 2nd greek yogurt

- 170 gr leaf lettuce mixes
- 2 tomatoes (1 finely chopped, 1 sliced)
- 4 slices of whole-wheat flour sandwich bread, lightly toasted
- 4 feathers of green onions (only white and light green parts), shredded
- 1/3 Art. canned pepper or jalapenos and 2 Art. l can brine

Recipe preparation:
- In a food processor, grind chickpeas, garlic, half a green onion, cilantro and pickled pepper, breadcrumbs and cumin. Form 4 thin cutlets with a dimeter 7.5 cm each
