Grilled chicken wings – perfect summer alternative to deep-fried wings, and rich sweet-spicy taste makes them just explosive! Before cooking, wings for marinated for several hours in a mixture of honey and hot garlic sauce. Then grilled, first in direct heat, and then on the cooler side of the grill when the wings will need grease with a sweet-hot sauce based on honey and garlic sauce with ginger and other Asian spices. Ingredients for the recipe:
- 2.2 kg chicken wings
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1/3 Art. hot garlic sauce
- 1/4 Art. coarse salt
- 0.5 tbsp. sweet soy sauce
- 3 tbsp. l siracha sauce
- 2 tbsp. l lightly salted soy sauce
- 1/4 Art. chopped fresh ginger
- 1/4 Art. cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp. l chopped green onions, for serving
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds for serving

Recipe preparation:
- Cut the chicken wings into the joints and discard the tips. Mix in a large glass bowl 6 tbsp. water, 1/4 tbsp. 1/4 honey Art. hot garlic sauce and salt. Stir until salt will dissolve. Add wings and refrigerate for 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
- Combine the remaining in a small bowl to make the sauce. spicy garlic sauce, remaining honey, sweet soy sauce, sauce siracha, light-salted soy sauce, ginger and vinegar. Set aside half sauce for serving, and use the rest to lubricate the wings during frying time.
- Preheat the grill to moderate heat. Get the wings out marinade and sprinkle them with sea salt and black pepper. Fry until golden color for 15-20 minutes, turning over as needed. When browned, continue to fry, moving them into the zone indirect heat grill until tender. Grease the wings with the sauce turning over as needed until they become glossy and well coated sauce. Sprinkle with green onions and seeds sesame seeds and serve with delayed dipping sauce.
