Espresso Granite

This Italian dessert is made from strong brewed coffee, mixed with sugar and frozen in a freezer. To granite had a crystalline texture, frozen coffee the mass must be scraped and mixed with forks every half hour. Serve granite in elegant champagne glasses by laying it out alternating layers with whipped cream. They will complement perfectly rich espresso flavor. The dessert turns out delicious and invigorating as coffee, but refreshing like ice cream. Difficulty: Easy Servings: 6 The recipes use measuring containers with a volume of: 1 cup (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (st.) – 120 ml 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

  • 3 tbsp. strong coffee
  • 1/4 Art. Sahara
  • 0.5 tbsp. fat cream

Recipe preparation:

  1. Mix coffee with sugar until sugar is dissolved. Pour in container for freezing. Put in the freezer and scrape with a fork every 30 minutes until completely frozen. Whisk in a bowl cream until soft peaks.
  2. Place alternating layers in a tall champagne glass granites and whipped cream.
