  1. We beat off the entrecote a little on both sides.
  2. In 30 ml. add 1 tsp hops-suneli, 1/2 tsp chaman, 1/2 tsp ground ginger, 1/2 tsp paprika, dried rosemary and basil, salt. We mix everything.
  3. Put the entrecote on the foil.
  4. Coat the meat on both sides with an oil mixture and turn roll, leave for 5 minutes.
  5. Peel 5-6 potatoes and cut in half.
  6. Expand the meat, put potatoes to it, it too grease with oil.
  7. We close the foil and bake in the oven for 1 hour at 200 C •.
  8. After an hour, open the foil and bake another 20 minutes.
  9. Sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving, serve with vegetables.
