  • 4 blue tortilla corn tortillas
  • 1/4 Art. olive oil
  • 2 anchovy chili peppers, cut the stems and remove the seeds
  • 2 New Mexico chili peppers, cut the stems and remove the seeds
  • 1 pasilla chilli, cut the stems and remove the seeds
  • 1/2 medium red onion, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 head baked garlic, peel the cloves
  • 1/2 tbsp. blanched almonds
  • 4 tbsp. chicken broth
  • 4 plum tomatoes, peel, remove seeds and chop
  • 1/4 Art. golden raisins
  • 15 gr dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp. l maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves
  • One lime juice

Recipe preparation:
