Corn cobs are grilled and covered with mayonnaise, cheese, chili and sprinkled with lime juice. Such a corn will be a great picnic treat. - Spice mix with anchovy to sprinkle

Recipe preparation:
- Soak 4 wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes. Preheat grill until very hot.
- Insert a skewer into each ear of corn. Grease the corn vegetable oil. Fry, turning until the cobs fried on all sides, 8-10 minutes.
- Grease the popcorn with mayonnaise and sprinkle with cheese. Sprinkle mix spices with anchovy and serve with lime wedges.
