  1. Gently wash the eggs with a sponge, fill with water and cook 8-9 minutes. Cool, peel and cut in half.

  2. Finely chop the pickled mushrooms and pepper, put in bowl and mix with mayonnaise.

  3. Put the prepared mixture on half the eggs, spread on plate with lettuce, decorate with slices of pepper and serve immediately on the table.
