Eggs stuffed with applesauce

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, cut in half lengthwise
  • 2 tbsp. l mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and Freshly Ground Peppers
  • Lemon Thyme or Mint

Recipe preparation:

  1. Fry shallots in a pan in butter for 2 min Add chopped apple and continue cooking for another 1 min. Add parsley and refrigerate. Grind the egg yolks, apple mixture, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper. Stuff Egg paste the whites and sprinkle with lemon thyme or mint.
