Village recipe: eggplant from the garden and thick sour cream! Highly yummy! It can be either an appetizer or an excellent side dish for fish or meat cooked at home.

  1. Wash, dry, eggplant, make a few holes with a knife.
  2. Cover the baking sheet with foil or parchment, lay out eggplant, send to a preheated oven (200 degrees) by 10 min
