Village recipe: eggplant from the garden and thick sour cream! Highly yummy! It can be either an appetizer or an excellent side dish for fish or meat cooked at home.

- Wash, dry, eggplant, make a few holes with a knife.
- Cover the baking sheet with foil or parchment, lay out eggplant, send to a preheated oven (200 degrees) by 10 min
