Eggplant stewed chicken legs: video recipe

  1. We wash the chicken legs and divide into legs and hips.
  2. Peel onions and carrots, cut into strips.
  3. My eggplant and cut into small cubes.
  4. We heat the pan, grease it with oil.
  5. Add onions and fry until golden on average the fire.
  6. Add chicken legs and hips, fry for 2 minutes.
  7. Add carrots and eggplant.
  8. Mix.
  9. Add tomato paste, spices and salt. Mix.
  10. Pour boiling water, add bay leaf. Mix and simmer under the lid for 30 minutes.
  11. Finely chop the garlic and herbs, add to our vegetables and chicken, mix and simmer another 10 minutes.
