  1. Cut eggplant along plates with a thickness of about 3-5 mm.
  2. Salt, leave for 30 minutes to give the eggplant juice. We rinse in cold water.
  3. Peel the tomatoes and cut into small cubes.
  4. Peel the carrots and grate.
  5. Cut the ham into strips.
  6. In a frying pan with oil, fry the carrots first, then add the tomatoes and seasoning. Fry until cooked and cool the resulting fry.
  7. Fry eggplant (if there is a grill pan, it is better fry on it) in vegetable oil until golden brown. Put eggplant on a paper towel to get rid of excess oil.
  8. Put some fried vegetables on each plate, add ham on top. We turn into rolls.
