  1. I cut the eggplants into thin plates about 7 wide mm
  2. I dissolve salt in water and pour eggplant for 30 minutes, to leave the bitterness.
  3. While preparing the sauce, add garlic to mayonnaise through press, mix well.
  4. I cut the tomatoes into small slices.
  5. I coat the eggplant plates with a towel and fry them on sunflower oil on both sides.
  6. When the eggplants are fried, I spread them on paper towels.
  7. Then I spread a little sauce on the cooled eggplant, I put a slice of tomato, a sprig of parsley and I wrap in a roll.
