Delicious appetizer on a festive table of sliced eggplant, which we fry on the grill and wrap in rolls with feta cheese and a leaf of basil. Cook the eggplant in a grill pan, so the dish will turn out more light and dietary.

We wash the eggplants and wipe with a towel.

Cut the prepared eggplant into 12 thin slices, pour with lemon juice, sprinkle with salt and leave for 30 minutes.

Feta cheese is cut into 12 pieces. In a bowl, mix the butter (3 tablespoon) and chopped garlic (pass through a press or grind in a mortar).

We spread the eggplant slices first on paper towels, then grease with garlic oil and send to preheated electric grill (can be in a grill pan) and fry until slices will not become soft.

On fried eggplant slices spread on one side a slice of feta cheese, add the basil leaf on top and wrap in rolls.

Put the fragrant rolls with feta cheese on a plate, decorate with basil leaves and serve on the festive table.
