  1. We wash the eggplants and wipe with a towel.

  2. Cut the prepared eggplant into 12 thin slices, pour with lemon juice, sprinkle with salt and leave for 30 minutes.

  3. Feta cheese is cut into 12 pieces. In a bowl, mix the butter (3 tablespoon) and chopped garlic (pass through a press or grind in a mortar).

  4. We spread the eggplant slices first on paper towels, then grease with garlic oil and send to preheated electric grill (can be in a grill pan) and fry until slices will not become soft.

  5. On fried eggplant slices spread on one side a slice of feta cheese, add the basil leaf on top and wrap in rolls.

  6. Put the fragrant rolls with feta cheese on a plate, decorate with basil leaves and serve on the festive table.
