- Wash two medium eggplants and cut them into ringlets (1.5 thick cm).
- Soak eggplant in cold water with salt for 20 minutes. Then fry in a pan with vegetable oil on both parties. After eggplant spread on a napkin or paper towel.
- Put the eggplant on a plate. Two slices of garlic skip through the press and spread on top of the eggplant, grease the layer mayonnaise. We cut the tomatoes into rings and spread them on the eggplant. Lubricate with mayonnaise.
- Hard-boiled eggs and peel. Rub on a coarse grater and put on tomatoes.
- Rub the cheese on top and grease with mayonnaise.
- Grind a handful of walnuts.
- Sprinkle the salad with walnuts and send to the refrigerator for half an hour. We decorate the finished salad at our discretion and serve on table.
