Eggplant in pita bread is very tasty, fragrant and simple a dish that can be prepared at home. Dish quite dietary, suitable for all fasting, as well as to vegetarians. It’s easy to make from the most common ingredients, even a not very experienced hostess can handle it.

- Chop the garlic finely. Divide in half. Cilantro leaves finely chopped.
- Mix part of the garlic with soy yogurt or sour cream (if this is not, then you can use olive oil), salt and pepper.
