  1. Cut the potatoes into thin circles and lay out a layer on a pan pre-oiled.
  2. Salt to taste.
  3. Cut the carrots into circles and lay them on top of the potatoes and to salt.
  4. Cut bell pepper into rings and put on top carrots.
  5. Cut eggplant into thin circles and lay on top pepper and salt.
  6. Grate Dutch cheese and sprinkle with plenty of eggplant.
  7. Top with chopped tomatoes, salt and water sunflower oil.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 250 degrees 1 hour.
