  1. We wash the eggplants, cut into thin slices (about 10 pcs.), sprinkle with salt and leave for 10-15 minutes. To remove excess moisture, saturate the slices with napkins, spray with oil and send to a heated electric grill. Cover the lid and fry the eggplant for 5 minutes until beautiful brown stripes. Cooling down.

  2. In a bowl, mix the ricotta, garlic, passed through the press, chopped mint, finely grated cheese, salt and ground pepper.

  3. With the prepared gentle mixture, grease the fried slices eggplant, turn into rolls, fasten with toothpicks and immediately serve on a serving plate. You can supplement the filling with any grass to taste, and you can fry the slices in a grill pan with non-stick coating.
