Eggplant and funchose salad: video recipe

  1. Cut the eggplant into cubes. Fry them in vegetable oil and medium heat until cooked. Do not forget to salt and pepper.
  2. Funchoza pour boiling water according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Pass the garlic through the press.
  4. Finely chop the cilantro.
  5. Mix eggplant, funchose (I cut it smaller), soy sauce, garlic and cilantro. Salad ready.
