- I clean the boiled eggs from shell and rub on a coarse grater.
- Chop onions into small cubes and fry in sunflower oil until golden brown.
- Add fried onion to grated eggs, also add to this mass melted butter, raw egg, semolina, breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper and all is well I am mixing.
- From the resulting mass with wet hands I form cutlets, roll in breadcrumbs and fry until golden brown with two sides in sunflower oil.
