Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 tbsp. (180 gr.) Frozen edamame soybeans, defrost
  • 1/2 tbsp. corn
  • 1/4 Art. diced red sweet pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp. crushed red onion crumbs
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 2 tbsp. l dark sesame oil
  • 2 thin (50 gr.) Slices of smoked bacon, cut into strips (preferably smoked bacon on apple sawdust)
  • 1/2 tsp coarse salt
  • 1/8 tsp freshly ground white fragrant (clove) pepper

Recipe preparation:

  1. Heat sesame oil in a stewpan to medium temperature. Fry the onion and garlic with the lid until soft, about 2 minutes Add the bacon and fry until the fat will melt and the crust will not become crispy, about 5 min
  2. Add edamame beans, corn, bell peppers and fry without shaking the cap sharply for 2 to 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve fried beans edamame with corn and bacon in hot.
