- Mix the milk with gelatin in the cheese and yogurt with a mixer mass.
- With a spatula we introduce whipped cream.
- Pour the mass into a ring on the base of the cookie. We ship to refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Then prepare the mango layer. 5 g of gelatin pour 30 ml cold water.
- Canned mango and some mango syrup a blender. If you find a very ripe mango, you can take fresh or, for example, mango juice.
- 1/3 of the mango puree is brought to a boil, as well as with wait 2 minutes with milk and mix in the swollen gelatin until dissolution.
- Pour the hot mashed potatoes with gelatin into the bulk, stir, pour into a ring over a white layer, send to the refrigerator for 2 hours (or until morning).
- We take out the cake from the ring. We remove the film. If you had detachable form, walk with a sharp knife along the walls.
