Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 4 things. carrots, grate
  • 1 clove of garlic, chop
  • 1 onion, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 Art. cilantro leaves
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp. l white wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 24 pita – chips and Greek yogurt for serving

Recipe preparation:

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and add the white onion. Cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  2. Mix carrots with white wine vinegar, garlic, coriander, paprika and pepper. Stir fried onions. Cover and leave in a cold place for 2 hours or more. After time add cilantro. Put the carrot salad in the bowl, and place on serving plate next to spread pita chips spread with yogurt. Serve with cabernet wines as a snack.
