  1. Pour oil into a pan and heat it. Add finely chopped garlic and champignons (you can take both fresh and frozen). Fry the mushrooms with garlic until cooked.
  2. In a saucepan, heat a couple of tablespoons of oil, spread grits and fry for about five minutes. Pour boiling water (3 cups), cook for 30 minutes under the lid over minimal heat.
  3. To the mushrooms with garlic, add the tomato, cut into pieces, pepper, salt and herbs.
  4. Add grilled vegetables to the cereal, mix and add grated cheese. Leave for a couple of minutes and serve!
