- Pour oil into a pan and heat it. Add finely chopped garlic and champignons (you can take both fresh and frozen). Fry the mushrooms with garlic until cooked.
- In a saucepan, heat a couple of tablespoons of oil, spread grits and fry for about five minutes. Pour boiling water (3 cups), cook for 30 minutes under the lid over minimal heat.
