  1. Combine flour with warm water, olive oil and salt. Dough mix thoroughly until it becomes elastic. Please note that flour may have different humidity, therefore sometimes you have to add a little more flour or vice versa pour more water. After kneading, set the dough aside.

  2. Peel and grate zucchini, shallots and garlic cut into small cubes. In a small saucepan, fry the onions with garlic, then add zucchini. Still fry a few minutes, add 100 ml of water, bouillon cube, thyme, pepper and salt. Extinguish until liquid has completely evaporated. When zucchini filling will be ready, you need to put it in a bowl and add cheese, everything mix.

  3. Sprinkle the table with a little flour and roll on it the dough, the thickness should be 2 mm. Using a round shape, cut circles and put on them a spoonful of filling. Blind dumplings.

  4. Pour water into a saucepan, salt it and bring to a boil. After this should be thrown in it dumplings and cook them for 5 minutes. While the cooking process takes place, you need to fry in a pan onions and sprinkle them with prepared dumplings.
