  1. First of all, you need to make a dough. For this in a separate A bowl should mix flour, salt, warm water and an egg. All carefully knead for at least 5 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic. Then it needs to be covered with cling film and put in refrigerator for 20 minutes.

  2. In the meantime, you can do the cooking of the filling. Defrost spinach and shift in a bowl. Peel and chop shallots a small dice, toss it in a preheated pan with vegetable oil and fry until almost cooked, then add spinach, salt and pepper. When all the ingredients are ready, put them in a bowl.

  3. Throw cheese into the container where the spinach is located, and carefully mix.
  4. Take out the dough and roll it out with a thin layer, the thickness should be about 2 mm. Using a cup or glass, cut out even circles. Put the filling on each circle and close the dumplings.

  5. Put a pot of water on the fire, slightly salt. When water boil, pour dumplings and cook for 5-7 minutes. Serve the dish with melted butter.
