Delicious homemade dumplings cooked with potatoes and grated cheese. Make it for lunch or dinner. Tip. Dumplings can be served also with sour cream, sour cream cheese cream sauce or green onions on sour cream.

- We clean the vegetables, wash. Potatoes set to cook until tender in salted water.
- Sift flour into a container convenient for kneading dough. In flour make a deepening, pour salt in it and add the egg. Then, gradually adding warm water, knead the elastic dough. We cover the finished dough so that it does not weather, and remove rest for 30 minutes.
- Cooked potatoes, drain the water, mashed, cool.
- Chop and fry onions in a frying pan in a vegetable oil (6 tbsp. l.) dose-colored.
- Three large cheese with a grater.
- The mashed potatoes have cooled, add 1/3 of the fried onions and grated cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste, mix well. The filling is ready.
- The dough settled. We spread it on the work surface, sprinkled with flour, cut into a thin layer, cut circles. Combine the dough pieces, knead, roll and again cut out the base for the dumplings in the form of circles. To the center of each mug the filling and pinch the edges.
- Prepared dumplings dipped in a pan with boiling salted water and boil for 3-4 minutes after will pop up. We spread it with a slotted spoon in a serving dish.
- Wash green onions, peel and chop. In a stewpan we drown creamy butter.
- Dumplings stuffed with potatoes and cheese served to the table hot, pour on top with cream oil, sprinkle the remaining fried onions and chopped green onions.
