Delicious homemade dumplings cooked with potatoes and mushrooms. – An excellent, hearty dish for lunch or dinner. Tip. Do with chanterelles, only they should be thoroughly soaked first, rinse and boil so as not to bitter.

- For the test. Sift the flour into the working tank, add salt, make a hole and gradually add water. Knead elastic elastic dough. We remove the finished dough to rest, wrapping food film.
- For filling. We clean and wash potatoes, mushrooms and onions. Potatoes arbitrarily chop and boil in salted water until tender, finely chop the mushrooms and onions and fry in butter (50 gr.). WITH boiled potatoes, drain the water, mashed with the addition remaining butter and mix with onions and mushrooms. Stuffing salt to taste.
