  1. Pour 3 cups flour into a bowl.
  2. Pour boiling water into the same glass, add 1 tablespoon salt and 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil and mix. Pour the mixture from the cup in flour and knead the dough.
  3. Roll out the dough and cut out the circles.
  4. Grate the cheese and salt if necessary.
  5. Put the filling on the dough and collect the dumplings.
  6. Boil dumplings in slightly salted water for about 4-5 minutes.
