- Cooking the dough: mix the egg with salt, pour in water and mix. Pour in flour and knead a tough dough.
- Cook the potatoes until cooked and mashed.
- Fry in sunflower oil until golden brown finely chopped onion, add greens to it and fry two more minutes.
- Add onions and herbs to potatoes and mix.
- The dough is divided into 23 parts. Roll each part into a circle.
- Put the filling in the dough and collect the dumplings.
- Boil dumplings in boiling salted water for 5 minutes.
- Grease the prepared dumplings with oil.
