  1. Cooking the dough: mix the egg with salt, pour in water and mix. Pour in flour and knead a tough dough.
  2. Cook the potatoes until cooked and mashed.
  3. Fry in sunflower oil until golden brown finely chopped onion, add greens to it and fry two more minutes.
  4. Add onions and herbs to potatoes and mix.
  5. The dough is divided into 23 parts. Roll each part into a circle.
  6. Put the filling in the dough and collect the dumplings.
  7. Boil dumplings in boiling salted water for 5 minutes.
  8. Grease the prepared dumplings with oil.
