  1. Sift the flour into a deep bowl, beat in the egg, add half teaspoon of salt and 50 g of melted butter. Knead dumpling dumplings until it becomes smooth and sticks to the hands. Cover the finished dough and set aside for 20 minutes.

  2. Stir the cottage cheese with sour cream, sugar and lemon zest.

  3. Roll out the dough thinly and using a cookie cutter (or another fixtures) cut circles.

  4. Put the filling in circles from the dough and mold the dumplings.

  5. Cook the dumplings in a slightly salted occasion until cooked (3-5 minutes). Serve with melted butter.
