- Dip the prepared dumplings in a pot of boiling salted water and cook. Once the dumplings have surfaced, cook another 3-4 minutes, turn off and put in a dish with a slotted spoon.
- Serve to the table, seasoned with butter. Dumplings are excellent combined with sour cream and sauces based on it (e.g. green onion sauce on sour cream).
