Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 2 tbsp. semolina flour
  • 4 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs of category CO
  • 1/4 Art. milk at room temperature
  • 4 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. Fava bean puree (see recipe below)
  • 1 tbsp. crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp. l finely chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tbsp. roasted pine nuts
  • 2 tbsp. l mint puree
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil
  • Casseri cheese to taste

Fava Bean Puree:

  • 1 tbsp. peeled and blanched fava beans
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • 3 tbsp. l olive oil
  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • Water as needed

Recipe preparation:

  1. Dough for Chilopites: In a bowl, mix the semolina and salt. Stir eggs, milk, and olive oil to form. dough that will lag behind the edges of the bowl.
