- 1 tbsp. l extra virgin olive oil
- 3 sweet or spicy raw Italian sausages (approximately 340 gr.), remove the shells, crush the minced meat
- 200 gr. small sweet peppers, cut lengthwise in half or 4 parts
- Onion half, finely chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp. l (15 gr.) Unsalted butter
- 0.5 tbsp. torn fresh basil

Recipe preparation:
- In a large pan, bring salted water to a boil. Boil the dumplings as recommended on the package. Cast separately 3/4 tbsp. the water in which they were boiled, the rest drain.
- Meanwhile, in a large frying pan with non-stick coating on moderately high heat heat the olive oil. Add minced meat and fry, smashing it with a wooden spoon until it darkens, 6-8 minutes. Reduce the heat to medium. Add bell peppers, onions, garlic and red pepper flakes and fry, stirring until vegetables become soft, 7-9 minutes. Salt to taste.
- Add the dumplings to the pan and mix. Add creamy oil and 1/4 tbsp. water from dumplings; cook over medium heat stirring gently until butter melts, adding as need more water to make the sauce more liquid. Intervene basil.
