- Wash vegetables and fruits. Peel the garlic. Chop pears slices, core and seeds. Squeeze juice 3-4 slices an orange. Chopped dried tomatoes garlic. Chop cabbage arbitrarily.

- In a bowl, mix cabbage, sun-dried tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, sliced in half, pear with sauce, salt, pepper to taste, mix.
- Place duck with pear salad and orange on plates sauce and serve.
