Duck with pears, cherry and orange sauce: video recipe


I understand that in our country people don’t really like meat and sweet sauces. But lovers of tastes like me, eat and let us not much, but we like to eat tasty food and therefore, I propose a recipe ducks practically in pear caramel. Sooo tasty?

  1. Wash vegetables and fruits. Peel the garlic. Chop pears slices, core and seeds. Squeeze juice 3-4 slices an orange. Chopped dried tomatoes garlic. Chop cabbage arbitrarily.
  2. Wash the duck, dry it, make cuts on the skin. In the pan heated over high heat, pour oil, warm it, put duck and fry for 2 minutes on each side, turning the meat every minute. Salt, pepper to taste.
  3. Add pears, garlic, 50 – 70 ml of water to the duck and simmer for 8-10 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Transfer the pear to the stewpan (and continue to fry the duck to the desired degree of roasting or full readiness) add 2-3 tablespoons sunflower oil, orange juice, ginger, sugar, simmer on medium heat for 4-5 minutes stirring.
  4. Add 30 ml of cold water to the starch, mix and add put it in a stewpan to a pear, put out, stirring until thick sauce.
  5. In a bowl, mix cabbage, sun-dried tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, sliced in half, pear with sauce, salt, pepper to taste, mix.
  6. Place duck with pear salad and orange on plates sauce and serve.
