  1. Duck legs washed and boiled in water with salt, a sprig thyme and ground pepper for 2 hours, so that the meat freely moves away from bones. Cool the finished legs, free from the skin and divide the meat fibers into small pieces.

  2. Peel the oranges and cut into small slices.

  3. Put the slices of orange in a saucepan, pour the juice, add sugar and put on medium heat. As soon as the liquid boil and sugar dissolve, cook for 2 minutes and take out with a slotted spoon oranges. If you cook longer, the pieces will become sour.

  4. We continue to cook the sauce, stirring until slightly thickened.

  5. Cut the baguette into thin slices (10-12 pcs.), Spread on baking sheet and dried in the oven at 180 degrees for several minutes. Cooling down.

  6. Lubricate crispy baguette slices with a small amount butter, pour with orange sauce, add on top duck meat, slices of orange and sprinkle with chopped blue cheese. Pour the sandwiches on top with a small amount of sauce and add chopped thyme. We spread the original appetizer with duck meat on a serving dish and serve immediately.
