  1. Pour mushrooms with hot water and leave overnight.
  2. Rinse the soaked mushrooms and boil for 40-45 minutes in salted water. Discard boiled mushrooms in a colander, drain the water, cool and mince.
  3. Finely chop the onion and fry until golden on vegetable oil.
  4. Add onions to mushrooms and mix.
