- Wash dried cranberries thoroughly and dry on paper towel or napkin.
- Shallots (regular onions can also be used) finely chopped.
- Roast cashew nuts in a dry skillet without adding oils.
- In salted water, boil broccoli for 3 minutes, then lower in cold water to maintain color.
- For dressing, mix honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, finely chopped green onions, mustard, pepper and salt. Everything mix well until smooth.
- Add onions, cashews and cranberries to broccoli.
- Water the dressing and mix gently.
