Dressing with tomato, avocado and bacon dressing from blue cheese

This summer salad is made from several different varieties of tomatoes, which fill it with a whole bunch of sweet and sour tastes, as well as bright colors. A worthy company of tomatoes will be tender avocado (vegetable sprinkled with lemon juice so as not to darken) and crispy slices of fried bacon. Before serving, salad is watered blue cheese dressing of blue cheese, which, mixed with secreted tomato juice, fills the dish with multifaceted tasteful. Sprinkle the finished salad with an additional portion of crumbled blue cheese to give it more astringency. Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1.1 kg tomatoes of different varieties, cut in half or slices if more
  • 4 thick slices of bacon
  • 1 avocado
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 tbsp. Blue cheese refills (see recipe below)
  • 2 tbsp. l chopped fresh chives or green onions
  • Crumbled blue cheese, topped with

Recipe preparation:

  1. Put the tomatoes in a large bowl and sprinkle with 0.5 tsp. salt and a small amount of ground black pepper; set aside vegetables let juice in for about 20 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, fry in a large skillet over medium heat bacon until it’s crispy, about 4 minutes each side. Put on a plate covered with a paper towel, and allow to cool slightly, then crumble into pieces of size one bite.
  3. Peel the avocado, cut into 1 cm pieces and mix in a large bowl with lemon juice. Add tomatoes and mix gently.
  4. Pour salad dressing and sprinkle with bacon, green onions and blue cheese.

    Blue Cheese Dressing

    Beat in a blender for 0.5 tbsp. crumbled blue cheese and sour cream, 1/3 tbsp. yogurt, 1 small clove of garlic (crushed) and 1 tbsp. l white wine vinegar. Transfer to a bowl and add another 1/4 tbsp. blue cheese, 2-3 drops of Worcester sauce and / or hot sauce, and 1 tbsp. l finely chopped parsley. Salt and pepper to taste. Exit: about 2 tbsp.
