Dressing for pickle on winter

The recipe for making pickle, or rather filling it on winter, even inveterate bachelors will be able to master, but soup preparation able to significantly make life easier even for those who are constantly in business trips or does not have enough time daily stand by the stove for a long time. Using soup dressing, cook delicious pickle can even a teenager, and this is a big plus to independence and cooking skills.
The main ingredients:
- cucumbers – 4 kg;
- barley – 2 glasses;
- onions – 0.5 kg;
- carrots – 0.5 kg;
- tomato sauce – 1 can;
- salt – 4 tablespoons;
- vinegar 9% – 4 tablespoons.
Recipe
The first carefully washed cucumbers and rubbed on a grater. After of this they are laid out in a bowl and left for 2 hours.
Carrots are rubbed on a fine grater and onions are finely chopped and both ingredient are fried in a pan. Do not be zealous and golden color will be enough. After two an hour for cucumbers that need to be transferred to a container, suitable for cooking (pan) toasted fried onions and carrot. Then you need to prepare pearl barley. Preferably use one that is already familiar in taste and good boils down. Rinse it well under running warm water, after which it is added to the cucumber mass.
The third number goes to a large saucepan of tomato sauce, moreover, the entire jar is immediately poured out and all this is salted. Here You can not overdo it, because it’s still refueling and when cooking soup can be fixed to your liking.
The final mass is cooked for about 25 minutes, after which it is added measured and cooked vinegar and the mixture is not removed from the fire yet for 5 minutes. Ready refueling is laid out in advance sterilized banks and rolls up in a standard way with turning cans. Shelter in this case is not necessary, but to protect small children until the cans are completely cool is easy necessary.
A few notes: the first thing you can pay attention to is what grater should the cucumbers be rubbed on. Shallow is more suitable for children and adolescents, and a large one will allow you to consider what it consists of refueling. A lot depends on the tomato sauce, which will be used. It is better to give preference to a proven brand, but you can emphasize the taste, for example, more spicy or slightly sour.
