The ravioli dough is similar to the dumplings dough. But we make dough for ravioli with eggs and olive oil at home, to make it softer and more elastic, similar to Italian lasagna.

  1. Sift flour into a large bowl. Drive eggs into the center. Pour in oil. Add salt. Gradually pour 180 ml of warm (not hot) water. Knead elastic dough. If the dough sticks to your hands, add more some flour. Dough for ravioli
