- Boil chicken breast, carrots and eggs.
- Cut the champignons, put them on a heated frying pan and fry for a couple of minutes without oil.
- On a coarse grater, grate cucumber, carrots and breast.
- Separate the whites from the yolks, you only need the whites. Rub them on a fine grater.
- We collect the salad: put champignons, chicken, cucumber in the form, carrots, protein and pour natural yogurt for soaking.
- We send it to the refrigerator for an hour.
- After an hour, we take the salad from the refrigerator and turn it on a plate. Decorate with protein residues (as I did). Have a nice appetite!
