- My chicken breast, chop into small pieces.
- Washing vegetables and herbs. We sort the cauliflower into inflorescences, dipped in salted water and cook for 5 minutes (or cook it on couple). Drain the water, finely chop the cabbage. Bell pepper we clean from partitions and seeds, finely cut.
- Coarsely grate the cheese.
- We combine the ingredients: chicken pieces, chopped Bulgarian pepper and cauliflower, chopped greens, eggs, grated cheese, sour cream and flour. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper, knead stuffing.
- Cover the minced meat and remove for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Upon expiration time we get the minced meat and form the middle cutlets size.
- We shift the patties into a hot pan with oil and fry them on both sides until golden.
- We serve to the table with any side dish, you can decorate with greens.
