Delicious homemade chicken cutlets cooked with chicken breast and vegetables. Do it if you plan a light dinner!

  1. My chicken breast, chop into small pieces.
  2. Washing vegetables and herbs. We sort the cauliflower into inflorescences, dipped in salted water and cook for 5 minutes (or cook it on couple). Drain the water, finely chop the cabbage. Bell pepper we clean from partitions and seeds, finely cut.
  3. Coarsely grate the cheese.
  4. We combine the ingredients: chicken pieces, chopped Bulgarian pepper and cauliflower, chopped greens, eggs, grated cheese, sour cream and flour. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper, knead stuffing.
  5. Cover the minced meat and remove for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Upon expiration time we get the minced meat and form the middle cutlets size.
  6. We shift the patties into a hot pan with oil and fry them on both sides until golden.
  7. We serve to the table with any side dish, you can decorate with greens.
