  1. Cooking vegetables: a small pumpkin, squash, zucchini, eggplant, carrots and onions. We clean them and cut them: carrots – in round shapes; pumpkin squash, zucchini and eggplant – medium cubes; bow – half rings. Put in a thick-walled pot for stewing.
  2. My chicken breast and dry with a paper towel. We cut in small pieces and put on vegetables. Salt and pepper if need to.
  3. Sprinkle with chopped herbs. Add a glass of water and simmer over low heat for 40 minutes with the lid closed.
