- 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and cut in half, put the yolks
- 110 gr. sliced crab meat
- Half stalk of finely chopped celery
- 2 tbsp. l mascarpone, room temperature
- 1 tbsp. l mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. l sour cream
- 1 tbsp. l Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp. l freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3 tbsp. l chopped chives
