Devil eggs with crab meat

Unlike other similar recipes in these stuffed eggs only hard-boiled proteins are used. They become basics for amazing crab mascarpone cheese toppings meat. For a brighter taste, mix Dijon in the filling mustard, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives and chopped celery. An excellent snack for any holiday or special случая. Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and cut in half, put the yolks
  • 110 gr. sliced crab meat
  • Half stalk of finely chopped celery
  • 2 tbsp. l mascarpone, room temperature
  • 1 tbsp. l mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. l sour cream
  • 1 tbsp. l Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp. l freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp. l chopped chives

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine crab meat, celery, cheese mascarpone, mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice and chives. Salt and pepper to taste. Put the crab mixture in halves of proteins.
  2. Lay the stuffed eggs on a platter and serve.
