Recipe:

In a large bowl, mix 4 tbsp. l melted butter, 2 Art. l chopped candied ginger and 3 tbsp. l Sahara; mix with four cut in half and bones removed peaches. Place the peaches on a large sheet of foil; sprinkle top 1 tbsp. raspberries. Fold the edges of the foil and wrap. Fry fruit grilled foil over medium heat until peaches will not become soft, and the berries will give juice, from 15 to 20 minutes. Turn over the package with peaches so that they are saturated with berry the sauce. Serve “Melba peaches” with vanilla if desired ice cream or yogurt.
