- Boil chicken until tender, remove from pan, cool and chop finely.
- Finely chop onions and fry in a pan. Add chicken and some broth. Stew for 5 minutes, salt to taste.
- Pour kefir into a large bowl, add soda on the tip of the knife. Drive eggs. Add a pinch of salt. Gradually adding flour knead the dough.
- Form a sausage from the dough and cut into slices.
- Boil a large amount of water in a saucepan. In boiling water throw dumplings. After boiling, boil dumplings for 2 minutes. Not digest, since kefir dough is very tender. Drain the water.
- Put the dumplings on plates. Top with chicken onions.
